The UK Daily Mail reports that an eBay seller is suing a buyer for libel because of a negative comment. According to the article, and I guess UK Law in this case:
Libel involves someone’s personal or business reputation being damaged by a false or defamatory statement that has been published.
On paper it seems like eBay’s feedback system doesn’t really protect the buyer. So...

The first trailer for Summit’s sci-fi thriller Push is now online. Footage for the film premiered at Comic Con in July, and was mocked by most everyone in attendance.
